  Once approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided to ensure your package is tracked and handled safely.

  Place the unwashed, unworn items with original tags attached into their original eco-friendly packaging to minimize waste.

  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
